The Spec Series Heavy Duty Range is an electric, 36" modular range that features (2) round elements and (1) 24" thermostatic griddle. It also includes a 4" grease trough with a removable grease can and crumb tray. The range is made with stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and landing ledge. It is certified by cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE, making it suitable for commercial use.
