The Spec Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range that is 36"W in size. It features two open burners and cast iron "S" grates as standard. Additionally, it includes an 18"W griddle with a 1" thick plate and a 4"W grease gutter that has a 1 gallon can capacity. The range also has thermostatic controls and a standard oven. It comes with one chrome rack and a removable crumb tray. The front, sides, 5"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate are all made of stainless steel.
