The Spec Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range that measures 36"W and features six open burners. It comes with cast iron "S" grates as standard and manual controls. The range also has an open cabinet base with a bottom shelf and a removable crumb tray. The front, sides, 5"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate are all made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6" legs with adjustable feet. It has a power output of 240,000 BTU and 70kW. The range is certified by cETLus and NSF. It is designed for commercial use.
