The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series and is a modular cube ice maker that can produce up to 896 lbs of full-dice ice cubes in a 24-hour period. This water-cooled ice machine requires 140 gallons of cooling water, 4.2 kWh of power, and 19 gallons of potable water for every 100 lbs of ice produced. It is wired to use 208-230v/60/1-ph power and draws 11.3 amps. Compared to air-cooled models, water-cooled ice machines consume less power as they do not require fans to cool the condenser. This also eliminates a potential mechanical part failure. Additionally, water-cooled units do not release heat into the surrounding air. The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine features a Plastic Food Zone around the ice-making core. All parts can be easily serviced without the need for tools due to the snap-together construction. These BPA-free plastic parts are dishwasher safe and can be accessed by removing the front panel of the unit.
