It has the capacity to produce a maximum of 906 lbs of full-dice ice in a 24-hour period under favorable conditions. For every 100 lbs of ice produced, it consumes 19.0 gallons of water and 4.9 kWh of power. This particular model operates on a 208-230v/60/1-ph voltage configuration and draws 12.3 amps of current. The internal parts of the ice machine that freeze water into ice are made from food-grade BPA-free plastic. These parts can be easily assembled and disassembled without the need for tools and can be cleaned in a dishwasher. The Smart LED feature alerts operators when cleaning is required.
