The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series and is a modular cube ice maker. It has a water cooled condenser and can produce up to 620 lbs of ice every 24 hours under ideal conditions. The ice produced by this model is in the shape of half-dice with dimensions of 3/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". To produce 100 lbs of ice, this unit requires 180 gallons of water for condenser cooling, 4.27 kWh of power, and 19.2 gallons of drinkable water. It is designed for 208-230v/60/1-ph power and draws 9.0 amps of current. The ice cuber features a Plastic Food Zone made up of recyclable BPA-free snap-together parts. These parts can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The front panel can be removed with minimal screws, providing complete access to the Plastic Food Zone. This makes cleaning and maintenance convenient without the need to move the cuber. The components are treated with Agion® to protect against bacteria and ensure pure ice. Some standard features of the Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine include a space-saving design, the ability to produce up to 620 lbs of ice per day, and a Universal Smart Harness™ control board for easy installation and servicing. The machine also has a unique dual exhaust system that increases installation flexibility and reduces the potential for obstructed exhaust. In terms of energy efficiency, this ice machine is up to 20% more energy efficient than other models and exceeds the new 2018 DOE regulations. It is also environmentally friendly, with BPA-free plastic and recyclable parts. Sanitation is made easy with one-touch controls for sanitization and descaling, BPA-free snap-in, snap-out dishwasher-safe components, and built-in Agion® antimicrobial protection. The machine also has a smart LED light that indicates machine status and when cleaning is required. The Plastic Food Zone eliminates hard-to-clean areas, allowing for effortless wipe down and long-lasting sanitation.
