The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series and is a modular cube ice maker. It has a water-cooled condenser and can produce up to 500 lbs of ice every 24 hours under ideal conditions. The ice produced by this machine is in the shape of half-dice with dimensions of 3/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". To produce 100 lbs of ice, this unit requires 185 gallons of water for condenser cooling, 6.1 kWh of power, and 17.7 gallons of drinkable water. The ice cuber features a Plastic Food Zone made up of recyclable BPA-free snap-together parts. These parts can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The front panel can be removed with minimal screws, providing complete access to the Plastic Food Zone for convenient cleaning and maintenance without the need to move the machine. The components are treated with Agion® to protect against bacteria and ensure pure ice production. The machine also has a unique dual exhaust system that increases installation flexibility and reduces the potential for obstructed exhaust. In terms of energy efficiency, this ice machine is up to 20% more energy efficient than other models and exceeds the new 2018 DOE regulations. It is also environmentally friendly, with BPA-free plastic and recyclable parts. For sanitation purposes, the machine has one-touch controls for sanitization and descaling, BPA-free dishwasher-safe components, built-in Agion® antimicrobial protection, and a smart LED light that indicates machine status and when cleaning is required.
