The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It has a water cooled condenser and can produce up to 316 lbs of ice every 24 hours. The ice produced is in the form of half-dice with dimensions of 3/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". To produce 100 lbs of ice, it requires 179 gallons of water for condenser cooling, 6.19 kWh of power, and 19.6 gallons of drinkable water. This ice machine has a Plastic Food Zone made up of recyclable BPA-free snap-together parts. The parts are dishwasher safe, making cleaning easy. The front panel can be easily removed to provide complete access to the Plastic Food Zone, without the need to move the machine. The components are treated with Agion® to protect against bacteria and ensure pure ice.
