The Hoshizaki Pass-Through Refrigerator is part of the Steelheart Series and is designed to maximize efficiency in small kitchens. It features half stainless doors in the front and back, allowing for easy access. The refrigerator uses R290 refrigerant and has lockable doors for added security. It operates on 115v/60/1 power and comes with a 10 ft. cord and plug. The interior capacity is 52.5 cubic feet, providing ample storage space. The refrigerator has a unique "ducted" air distribution system, ensuring even cooling throughout. It has dimensions of 55" W x 35.75" D x 79.5" H and a nominal compressor of 1545 BTU/hr at 1/2 HP. The unit comes with six 4" stem casters, three of which have brakes, for easy mobility. The interior features an LED light bar mounted horizontally on the ceiling, providing excellent visibility. The refrigerator is insulated with 2 3/8" CFC free, foamed in place polyurethane for optimal temperature retention. It has a top-mounted energy-efficient non-electric evaporation system. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the front, sides, and top. The interior is also stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The unit comes with a five-year compressor warranty and a three-year parts and labor warranty. Additional features include a one-piece, full door length, extruded aluminum flush mount door handle, a solid-state digital controller with temperature alarms and LED display, and an epoxy electrocoated (E-Coat) evaporator coil to prevent corrosion. The refrigerator comes with six epoxy-coated wire shelves that are adjustable in 1" increments on stainless steel supports. Optional kits are available, including 6" legs, epoxy or stainless steel shelves, tray/pan slides, a foot pedal door opener, and an additional air filter. The pass-through refrigerator is field reversible and has spring-assisted self-closing doors with a stay-open feature, eliminating the need for a separate kit.
