The Hobart 6430-13 vegetable peeler is designed to peel 30-33 lb. of potatoes in just 1-3 minutes. It comes with a synchronous timer that can be adjusted in 1/2 minute increments up to 4 minutes. The peeler features a double V-belt drive, a removable abrasive silicon carbide & Lexan liner, and a sturdy welded steel construction. It is powered by a 3.4 hp motor and requires a 115v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
