The PFST-2X tall dry pass-thru holding cabinet from Hatco's Flav-R-Savor series is a convenient heated storage environment for pizzas and sandwiches. It features two front and rear tempered glass doors, ensuring easy access and visibility for customers. With a stainless steel construction and 1767 watts of heating power, this cabinet is designed for heavy daily use. It has an eight-shelf fixed rack with 5" centers, providing ample space for up to 16 boxed pizzas or eight bagged pizzas. The shelves are removable to accommodate different storage needs. The service side allows for quick loading and retrieving of products. The cabinet also has tempered glass sides, two 60-watt lights, and a control panel for temperature adjustment and monitoring. The latching handle keeps the doors securely closed, and the 5" casters allow for easy transport. The cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and it comes with a 6' cord and plug. Optional designer colors are available for the PFST-1XB model.
