The Drop-In Heated Well is a rectangular, insulated component designed for fabricators to create their own steam tables. It is made of stainless steel and features a drain for easy cleaning. The thermostatic controls have a lit rocker switch and leads for convenient operation. The well is available in top or bottom mount options and can accommodate full-size pans. It is constructed with low wattage for energy efficiency and is cURus certified. The standard features of the Heated Well include easy service access to heating elements and thermostats, EZ locking hardware for quick installation, and the option for thermostatic controls. It does not come with conduit and control box enclosure. The well is fully insulated on the sides and bottom for better heat retention and customer safety. It also has a larger drain with a flat screen for easy cleaning and level pan placement. The thermostat controls read the actual temperature of the well and only add heat if needed. Accessories for the Heated Well include rectangular and round stainless steel food pans in various sizes, hinged and notched lids for round pans, stainless steel wire trivets, adapters to convert the well to hold round pans, support bars in different lengths, and mounting kits for thicker or combustible countertops. There are also options for ball valves and gate valves for units with drains, as well as a heated well remote handle for ¾" drains.
