The Hatco Modular/Ganged Heated Wells are designed to keep hot food at safe serving temperatures. They offer better quality construction, longer holding times, and more accurate temperatures. These full-sized wells can be grouped together in a modular fashion to create a complete steam table in one piece of equipment. Installation is easy and the integrated look provides a clean appearance for your steam table. You can choose from 1 to 6 unit configurations, as well as select voltage, auto-fill, controls, drain, cord, and mounting options. Each well has its own individual control to regulate the temperature of each separate food offering.
The EZ locking hardware allows for quick installation, and the unique design allows for easy replacement of the element or thermostat if needed. The wells also feature a 50% larger drain with a flat screen for simplified cleaning and level holding of pans. The stainless steel construction and solid brazed drain fitting joints ensure durability. The wells are equipped with a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and temperature dial for easy operation.
There are several options available at the time of purchase, including stud mounting or surface hole mounting to the countertop, three-phase wiring (excluding HWBI-1 series or export voltages), a 27" D bezel for modular units to match Hatco CWB models in a countertop display, and copper drain manifold options with side or bottom exit (excluding 120V units, HWBI-1 or HWBLI-1 series). There is also a cord option available for specific models.
Accessories for the heated wells include rectangular full-size stainless steel food pans in various heights, round food pans in different sizes, hinged and notched lids for round pans, stainless steel wire trivets in full-size and half-size, plated wire trivets in full-size and half-size, adapters to convert warmers to hold round pans, support bars in 12" and 20" lengths, external copper drain manifold with individual shut-off valves per well (only for units with individual drains), and ball or gate valves for units with drains. Additionally, there is a heated well remote handle available for ¾" drains.
