The Drop-In Modular Heated Well is a versatile and efficient piece of equipment for keeping hot food at safe serving temperatures. It features a capacity for (4) full-size pans and is made with stainless steel and aluminized construction for durability. The well is insulated and top-mounted, with a remote thermostat that has a separate power switch for easy operation. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, as well as ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This product is proudly made in the USA. Some of the standard features of this heated well include drains and auto-fill capabilities, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance. The well also has a unique design that allows for quick changes of the element or thermostat if needed. It has a 6' conduit included for convenient placement of controls and a 50% larger drain with a flat screen for easy cleaning and level pan placement. The separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and temperature dial make operation simple. There are also various options available for this heated well, including different mounting options such as stud mounting or surface hole mounting. Three-phase wiring is available for certain models, and there is a 27" bezel option to match Hatco CWB models in a countertop display. Copper drain manifold options are available with side or bottom exits, and there is a cord option for specific models. In addition to the heated well itself, there are various accessories available for purchase. These include rectangular and round stainless steel food pans in different sizes, hinged and notched lids for the round pans, stainless steel and plated wire trivets, adapters to convert warmers to hold round pans, support bars in different lengths, and an external copper drain manifold with individual shut-off valves per well. There are also ball and gate valves available for units with drains, as well as a heated well remote handle for ¾" drains.
