The Drop-In Heated Well is a rectangular, non-insulated unit made of stainless steel construction. It is available in a full-size pan and can be top or bottom mounted. The well features a remote thermostat with a separate power switch, allowing for easy temperature control. It is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The Hatco Built-In Rectangular Heated Wells offer flexibility and quality, with various options to choose from. The thermostats in these units read the actual temperatures and only add heat when necessary, ensuring that the steam table food stays hot and fresh. The well comes with EZ locking hardware for quick installation and easy service access to heating elements and thermostats. It also has thicker stainless steel construction and solid brazed joints for durability. Additional features include accessory mounting kits for combustible countertops, adapters to convert full-size wells to hold round pans, and options for a standard front or optional right or left autofill location. The controls feature a separate lighted ON/OFF rocker switch and temperature dial, allowing for preset temperatures to be maintained. Options available at the time of purchase include different control box options, control box bezel in designer colors, and left or right water fill hole. The HWB-FUL model also comes with an optional cord. Accessories for the heated well include rectangular full-size stainless steel food pans, round food pans, hinged lids for round pans, notched lids for round pans, stainless steel wire trivets, adapters to convert warmers to hold round pans, support bars, and mounting kits for thick or combustible countertops. There are also ¾" ball valves and gate valves available for units with drains, as well as a heated well remote handle for ¾" drains.
