The Drop-In Heated Well is a rectangular unit with a drain and auto-fill feature. It has a capacity for (4) 1/3 size pans and is made of stainless steel construction. It is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified.
The standard features of this heated well include convenient 4/3-sized wells for holding heated foods at safe serving temperatures. It also has a larger drain, more consistent holding temperatures, heavier stainless steel construction, and an easier-to-service design for quick component changes. The unit also comes with a remote thermostat with a separate power switch.
The heated well is available in low, standard, and high watt options. It can be purchased with uninsulated or insulated rectangular 4/3-size wells. Accessory mounting kits for combustible countertops are also available. The design of the unit allows for easy access and quick changes of the element or thermostat.
Options available at the time of purchase include different control box options, such as a standard thermostat with a 6' capillary or an ITC control with a large control. The unit can also be purchased with a larger recessed thermostatic control.
The control box bezel is available in different designer colors, including black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper.
The unit can be purchased with a left or right water fill hole, with the front being the standard option.
Additional power supply lead wire is available in one-foot increments.
Accessories for the heated well include rectangular full-size stainless steel food pans in different heights, round food pans, hinged lids and notched lids for round pans, stainless steel wire trivets in full-size and half-size, plated wire trivets in full-size and half-size, support bars in 20" and 12" lengths, a ¾" ball valve or gate valve for units with drains, a mounting kit for combustible countertops, a heated well remote handle for ¾" drains, and an adapter to convert the warmer to hold round pans.
