The Hatco Countertop Heated Wells are electric food warmers with a capacity of (4) 1/3 pans. They can be used for wet or dry operation and have thermostatic controls for adjustable temperature. Made of stainless steel, these food warmers have a power of 1200 watts and are cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. They are also made in the USA. These food warmers have several standard features including a pan edge offset to prevent condensation from dripping onto the countertop surface. The controls have a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and adjustable temperature dial. The pans are made of thicker 1 mm stainless steel with a stainless steel housing and aluminized steel bottom. While they can be used dry, they perform best when used with water. There is a dry indicator lamp to inform the user when water needs to be added. There are also various accessories available for these food warmers. Pan support bars in 12" and 20" sizes are available. Rectangular stainless steel food pans in full-size (6" H, 4" H, 2.5" H), half-size (2.5" H), and third-size (2.5" H) are also available. Adapters are available for the HW-FUL and CHW-FUL models to convert them to hold two 7-Quart or three 4-Quart inserts. Adapters for the HW-43 and CHW-43 models are available to convert them to hold two 11-Quart inserts.
