The Rice Drawer Warmer is an electric appliance with two drawers that can accommodate a Panasonic 23 cup pan. It features a digital temperature control for precise heat regulation and a utensil well and pan for convenient storage. The top well is heated and has an adjustable thermostat. Some standard features of the Rice Drawer Warmer include a raised beveled edge on top (HRDW-2, HRDW-2U models only), a two-year warranty on heating elements and drawer rollers and slides, and an adjustable thermostat with a knob for optimal rice holding in the top well (HRDW-2U-1 only). The drawers can accept Panasonic 23 cup rice pots and Town 30 cup rice pots with Hatco's accessory drawer adapters. The unit is energy efficient with all-around insulation. Accessories for the Rice Drawer Warmer include a hinged aluminum lid for the top rice well (HRDW-2U-1 only) and a drawer adapter for Town 30 cup rice pots (one per drawer required).
