The Modular Heated Glass Shelf by Hatco is designed to accommodate one 12" x 20" food pan and provides uniform heat across its durable black ceramic glass surface. The shelf features thermostatic controls with five temperature settings ranging from 130°F to 200°F. The stainless steel housing ensures durability and easy cleaning. The modular system allows for easy placement of multiple units side-by-side. The shelf comes with a 6' cord and plug for convenient use. It operates at 300 watts and 120v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The shelf is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting ANSI/NSF 4 standards.
