The Hatco HDW-1.5R2 freestanding warming split drawer unit is designed to store and warm up to three different types of food simultaneously. Each drawer can accommodate one half-size sheet pan and is insulated from the top, bottom, and side panels to prevent spoilage and maintain the perfect serving temperature throughout the day. Made of stainless steel, this unit is easy to clean and resistant to corrosion, scratches, rust, and dents, ensuring its appearance and performance remain intact. The drawer slides smoothly and effortlessly due to the durable nylon rollers, which are specifically designed for heavy daily use. The drawers open fully, allowing for safe and easy movement of food pans in and out of the slots. The front panel vents can be adjusted to control the level of moisture in the dishes. Each drawer has its own thermostatic control knob, temperature display, and on/off toggle switch, all conveniently located on recessed control panels. This prevents accidental movement or shutdown of the drawer during busy operating hours. For added convenience, a model with a touchscreen display control is also available. The HDW-1.5R2 is equipped with 4" legs and comes in different colors to match your kitchen's interior aesthetics and facilitate easy identification when using multiple food warming appliances. This Hatco food warming drawer is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA. It requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection and comes with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug included. Each drawer comes with a standard 20.75" x 12.75" x 2.5" pan.
