The Heated Black Glass Shelf is a built-in shelf with a length of 36". It features a ceramic glass surface that provides uniform heat across the entire shelf. The thermostatic control allows for temperature adjustment between 100° and 200°F, and it is equipped with a lighted on/off rocker switch. The shelf is available in different frame finishes and is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting ANSI/NSF 4 standards. The shelf is made of approved foodsafe material, making it suitable for use on pass-through areas, buffet lines, and as hors d'oeuvre displays. It has a lighted on/off rocker switch for easy operation. Portable models come with a 6' cord and plug. The ceramic glass surface of the shelf is thermostatically controlled, with a temperature range of 100° to 195°F for portable models. An optional angled food stop is available for portable models to keep the product on the heat zone. The shelf allows for direct placement of food products on the glass surface. All units come with an attractive trim mounting ring, available in stainless steel or Designer Black. Built-in models include a control box with a 3' conduit and a 6' cord and plug. They are recommended for use in metallic counters, but the suitability of other surfaces should be verified for temperature resistance. The Standard Built-In model can reach temperatures up to 200°F, while the High Watt Built-In model can reach temperatures up to 257°F. It is important to note that Hatco is not responsible for any counter damage caused by the heat from the warmer. Options available at the time of purchase include different sizes for portable models (24", 30", 36", 48", 60", 72"), an angled food stop, and a Designer Black Powdercoated Trim Ring (non-standard colors are non-returnable). Built-In models have additional options such as a unit without a trim ring (HBGBH models only), a built-in shelf with a recessed top (HBGB models only), and different control box options. The Designer Black Powdercoated Trim Ring is available for built-in models as well. Different conduit lengths are available for the Flush Mount Electronic Control Box option.
