The Heated Black Glass Shelf is a portable shelf with a ceramic glass surface that provides uniform heat. It has a thermostatic control with a lighted on/off rocker switch, allowing you to adjust the temperature between 100° and 200°F. The shelf is available in different frame finishes and is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting ANSI/NSF 4 standards. The heated ceramic glass top creates even heat distribution across the entire surface, making it perfect for pass-through areas, buffet lines, and hors d'oeuvre displays. The shelf is made of approved foodsafe material, allowing you to place food directly on the glass surface. Portable models come with a 6-foot cord and plug, and their surface temperature ranges from 100° to 195°F. They also offer an optional angled food stop to keep the product on the heat zone. The shelf is equipped with an attractive trim mounting ring, available in stainless steel or Designer Black. Built-in models include a control box with a conduit and cord and plug. Standard and High Watt models are recommended for use in metallic counters, but for other surfaces, make sure they can withstand the temperatures. Please note that Hatco is not responsible for any counter damage caused by the heat from the warmer. Options available at the time of purchase include different sizes of portable models, an angled food stop, and a Designer Black Powdercoated Trim Ring. Built-in models have additional options such as a unit without a trim ring, a recessed top, and different control box configurations. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
