The Glo-Ray® Heated Stone Shelf is a portable unit that measures 48" x 18" x 2-1/2". It has a temperature range of 100-200°F and is cULus and UL EPH Classified. It is also ANSI/NSF 4 certified and made in the USA. The heated stone shelf is made of food-safe materials and comes in three decorative stone colors. It is designed to hold food hot while blending in with your decor, making it ideal for buffet lines or hors d'oeuvre displays. The unit can be used as a portable or built-in model. It is constructed with approved food-safe materials and has an adjustable thermostatically-controlled heated base. The portable unit comes with a 6' cord and plug, with the cord, plug, and switch located on the side, center of the base. The heated stone surface is created using a blanket-type foil element, which ensures uniform heat distribution. The portable models have rubber feet, while the built-in models have 4" legs. The built-in models include a control box with a 3' conduit between the heated shelf and the control box, as well as a 6' cord and plug. Please note that the simulated stone material can cause damage to the counter if exposed to heat for extended periods. Various options are available at the time of purchase, including different simulated stone colors and adjustable legs. For built-in models, there are also options for designer colors for the flush mount control bezel box and different types of control boxes. Additionally, there are options for a recessed top and different lengths of conduit.
