The Glo-Ray® Heated Stone Shelf is a portable unit that measures 24" x 18" x 2-1/2" and has a temperature range of 100-200°F. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This shelf is made in the USA and comes with a cord and plug located in the center of the side with a switch. The Glo-Ray® Heated Stone Shelf is made of food-safe materials and is available in three decorative stone colors. It is designed to safely hold food hot while blending in with your décor, making it ideal for buffet lines or hors d'oeuvre displays. This shelf is available in both portable and built-in models. It is constructed with approved food-safe materials and has an adjustable thermostatically-controlled heated base. The portable units come with a 6' cord and plug, with the cord, plug, and switch located on the side, center of the base. The shelf features a blanket-type foil element that creates uniform heat across the entire simulated stone surface. The GRSSB models match the Hot/Cold and Cold only Built-In Shelf models for a fully integrated look. The built-in models are designed for use in metallic counters, but for other surfaces, it is important to verify that the material is suitable for temperatures up to 200°F. The portable models come with rubber feet, while the larger models have 4" legs. Built-in models include a control box with a 3' conduit between the heated shelf and the control box, as well as a 6' cord and plug. Please note that the simulated stone material used for the shelf can cause heat damage to the counter, and Hatco is not responsible for any such damage. Various options are available for the Glo-Ray® Heated Stone Shelf, including different simulated stone colors, adjustable legs, and designer colors for the flush mount control bezel box. Additional options include different control box types, conduit connectors, recessed top, and longer conduits.
