The Glo-Ray® Round Heated Shelf is a free-standing, 15" round shelf that can be used on a countertop or as a drop-in unit. It comes in various designer colors and has a power output of 250 watts. It is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified.
This heated shelf is perfect for keeping hot food at serving temperatures. It is ideal for wrapped products or for use behind a breath protector with unwrapped food such as pizza, biscuits, cornbread, muffins, and cookies.
The shelf is made of durable stainless steel housing and has a thermostatically-controlled heated base. It is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. It comes with a 6' cord and plug, an On/Off lighted rocker switch, and an indicator light.
The shelf is available in three sizes to hold standard 15", 17", or 19" diameter pizza pans. The top is made of stainless steel, and the sides are either powder-coated in designer colors or made of stainless steel. The standard color for the sides is black, but there are also non-standard colors available such as navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Additionally, there is an option to have stainless steel sides.
Accessories for the heated shelf include perforated pizza pans in sizes 14", 16", and 18".
