The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with 12 rods and a pass-thru design. It features two shelves - a top horizontal shelf and a lower shelf that is forward-slanted. The warmer is constructed with stainless steel and aluminum and has 4" legs. It has a power of 1530 watts and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The warmer is made in the USA. The Glo-Ray® Slant/Horizontal Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They have a slant and horizontal shelf for merchandising a variety of products, such as popcorn on the top shelf and nachos, boxed pizza, or wrapped food on the bottom shelf. This allows for self-serve convenience and efficient kitchen-to-server holding. The high watt models have top shelf overhead heat specifically designed to hold fries and sandwiches. The thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F - 200°F (85°C - 93°C). The pre-focused infrared top heat directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest. The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food products from bulb breakage. Units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. are required by NSF to be either sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs. The standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug. Options available at the time of purchase include designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. There is also an option to have a halogen bulb (60 watt) instead of the standard display light (not available on export voltages). Additionally, there is an option for a 15" clearance top shelf instead of the standard 12" clearance, which adds 3" to the height of the unit. Accessories for the warmer include additional stainless steel divider rods for both the slant shelf and the horizontal shelf.
