The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with 12 rods and a pass-thru design. It features a forward slanted shelf and is constructed with stainless steel and aluminum. The warmer is 60" long and has a power of 1715 watts. It comes with 4" legs and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The product is made in the USA.
The warmer is designed to hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. It has pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of food. The slanted shelves make it convenient for self-service.
The heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). The warmer also features coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights that enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs., the NSF requires them to be sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs.
The standard units come with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
There are several options available at the time of purchase, including designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. A 5" sneeze guard is also available in different sizes. A display sign holder that matches the unit color is available for different models. Other options include a flip-up door locking plate, LED indicating temperature control, stainless steel end panels instead of glass end panels, and a halogen bulb in lieu of the standard display light.
Accessories for the warmer include adjustable legs, plexi-glass flip-up doors on one side (not compatible with optional sneeze guards in the same opening), and additional stainless steel divider rods.
