The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with 20 rods and a pass-thru design. It features two forward-slanted shelves and is made of stainless/aluminum construction. The warmer is 52" long and has a power of 2725 watts. It comes with 4" legs and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This product is made in the USA.
The Glo-Ray® Slant Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They have pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of most food. These warmers are ideal for self-serve and kitchen-to-server holding.
The shelves are slanted for self-service convenience. The thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). The warmers also have coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights that enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs., the NSF requires them to be sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs.
Standard units come with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
Options available at the time of purchase include designer colors (Black, Navy Blue, Warm Red, Gray Granite, White Granite, Hunter Green, Antique Copper), a 5" Sneeze Guard (customer side only) in various sizes, a Display Sign Holder (signs not included) in various sizes, a Flip-up Door Locking Plate, an LED Indicating Temperature Control, Stainless Steel End Panels in lieu of Glass End Panels, and a Halogen Bulb (60 watt) in lieu of Standard Display Light (not available for export voltages).
Accessories include 4" Adjustable Legs (standard on certain models), Plexi-Glass Flip-Up doors on one side (not compatible with optional sneeze guards in the same opening), and additional Stainless Steel Divider Rods.
