The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with 24 rods and a pass-thru design. It features two horizontal shelves and is constructed with stainless steel and aluminum. The warmer has 4" legs and a power of 4200 watts. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, as well as ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This product is made in the USA.
The Glo-Ray® Horizontal Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They have pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of most food. These warmers are ideal for self-serve and kitchen-to-server holding.
The thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). The warmers also have coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights that enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs., the NSF requires them to be sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs.
Standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
Options available at the time of purchase include designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. A 5" sneeze guard is also available for customer side or both sides, with models ranging from 24" to 60" in width. A display sign holder that matches the unit color is available for models ranging from 24" to 60" in width. LED indicating temperature control, stainless steel end panels, and a halogen bulb in lieu of the standard display light are also options.
Accessories for the warmer include adjustable legs, plexi-glass flip-up doors on one side (not compatible with optional sneeze guards in the same opening), and additional stainless steel divider rods.
