The hardcoat aluminum top ensures durability and even heat distribution, while the blanket-type element extends the holding time of your food. The built-in adjustable thermostat allows you to control the surface temperature, while the illuminated on/off switch makes it easy to operate. This shelf is NSF, cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4, and CSA certified, ensuring its quality and safety. The .75" flanged edge allows for easy installation into a countertop opening. Additional options include designer colors for the control bezel box, conduit in lieu of the standard 3', stainless steel top surface, and flush mount control boxes with lighted power switches.
