The Glo-Ray® Built-In Heated Shelf with Flush Top is a versatile and efficient addition to your serving surface. With a surface area of 49-1/2" x 25-1/2", this shelf features a hardcoat aluminum top for durability and uniform heat distribution. The blanket-type element ensures that your food stays warm for longer periods of time. The built-in adjustable thermostat allows you to control the surface temperature, while the illuminated on/off switch and mounting bracket make it easy to operate. This shelf is NSF, cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4, and CSA certified. It is recommended for use in metallic counters, but can also be used on other surfaces as long as they can withstand temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). The shelf is available in various widths and depths to suit your needs. Optional features include designer colors for the flush mount control bezel box, conduit in lieu of the standard 3' length, stainless steel top surface, and flush mount electronic or thermostatic control boxes with lighted power switches and cord and plug. Please note that models with a flush mount recessed electronic control box are not CE approved, and non-standard colors are non-returnable.
