The Glo-Ray® Built-In Heated Shelf with Flush Top is a versatile and efficient addition to your serving surface. With a surface area of 25-1/2" x 25-1/2", this shelf features a hardcoat aluminum top for durability and uniform heat distribution. The blanket-type element ensures that your food stays warm for longer periods of time. The built-in adjustable thermostat allows you to control the surface temperature, while the fiberglass insulation keeps the heat at the holding surface. This heated shelf also comes with a 36" flexible conduit that channels power lines from the shelf to a control box. The standard controller includes a control thermostat, an illuminated power switch, and mounting brackets for easy installation. The .75" flanged edge allows the unit to fit into a countertop opening. The GRSBF models are available in various widths and depths to suit your needs. It is recommended for use in metallic counters, but can also be used on other surfaces as long as they can withstand temperatures up to 200°F. Optional features include designer colors for the flush mount control bezel box, conduit in lieu of the standard 3', stainless steel top surface, and flush mount electronic or thermostatic control boxes with lighted power switches and cords. Please note that models with a flush mount recessed electronic control box are not CE approved, and non-standard colors are non-returnable.
