Introducing the Glo-Ray® Drop In Heated Shelf with Recessed Top, measuring 31-1/2" x 21" with a 1/2" deep recessed surface area. This heated shelf features a hardcoat aluminum top and a control thermostat for precise temperature control. It also includes an illuminated on/off switch and a mounting bracket for easy installation. This product is NSF, cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4, and CSA certified.
The Glo-Ray® Drop In Heated Shelf is designed to add heat to your serving surface, extending the food holding time. It has a blanket-type element that provides uniform heat distribution and a hardcoated aluminum surface for durability. The built-in adjustable thermostat allows you to control the surface temperature, while the fiberglass insulation keeps the heat at the holding surface.
This heated shelf comes with a 36" flexible conduit that channels power lines from the shelf to a control box. The standard controller includes an infinite switch, a lighted rocker switch, and mounting brackets. The shelf has a .75" flanged edge that allows it to fit into a countertop opening, making it suitable for use in metallic counters. For other surfaces, please verify that the material can withstand temperatures up to 200°F (93°C).
The GRSB models are available in various widths and depths, ranging from 24" to 72" in width and 15.5", 19.5", or 30" in depth. They feature a blanket-type element for efficient heating.
Please note that models with a flush mount recessed electronic control box are not CE approved. Non-standard colors are non-returnable, and Hatco is not responsible for any counter damage caused by heat from the warmer.
Optional features include designer colors for the flush mount control bezel box, such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Conduit options are also available, including a 6' or 10' conduit in lieu of the standard 3' conduit. Additionally, you can choose between a flush mount electronic control box with a lighted power switch and a cord and plug, or a flush mount thermostatic control box with a lighted power switch and a cord and plug.
