The Designer Horizontal Display Warmer is a free-standing unit with (2) shelves and (20) rods. It features a thermostat, incandescent light, hardcoat aluminum base, tempered glass end panels, designer panels & corner caps, and 4" legs. It has a power output of 3780 watts and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This product is made in the USA.
The warmer is designed to hold hot wrapped or boxed food products at proper serving temperatures while adding style and color to your setting. It has pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base, which helps extend the holding times of most food items. It offers the convenience of self-serve and the efficiency of kitchen-to-server holding.
The thermostatically-controlled, hard-coated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F - 200°F (85°C - 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting the food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For safety and compliance with NSF standards, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be either sealed to the installation surface or raised with the included 4" legs.
The standard unit comes with tempered glass side panels, a thermostatically controlled heated base, infrared upper heating elements, incandescent lights, product divider rods, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
Optional features available at the time of purchase include designer colors, designer inset panel colors, a 5" sneeze guard, plexi-glass flip-up doors, indicating temperature control (LED), dark gray corner caps, a halogen bulb instead of the standard display light, and front glass instead of channel dividers and divider rods (cannot be used with sneeze guards or flip-up doors).
Accessories for this warmer include stainless steel rods and a flip-up control cover.
