The Glo-Ray® Designer Horizontal Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They enhance your setting with style and color. The warmer has pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base. This extends the holding times of most food, making it convenient for self-serve and efficient for kitchen-to-server holding.
The thermostatically-controlled, hard-coated heated base has a temperature range of 185°- 200°F (85°- 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food from bulb breakage. The models have pre-focused infrared top heat that directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For safety, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be either sealed to the installation surface or raised with the included 4" legs. The standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, a thermostatically controlled heated base, infrared upper heating elements, incandescent lights, product divider rods, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
There are several options available at the time of purchase, including designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper.
