The Designer Horizontal Display Warmer is a free-standing unit with one shelf and eight rods. It features a thermostat, incandescent light, hardcoat aluminum base, tempered glass end panels, designer panels, and corner caps. The warmer has 4" legs and a power of 1490 watts. It is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The product is made in the USA.
The Glo-Ray® Designer Horizontal Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They have pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base. This extends the holding times of most food items and allows for self-serve and kitchen-to-server holding.
The heated base has a temperature range of 185°- 200°F (85°- 93°C). The incandescent lights are coated and shatter-resistant, enhancing product display while protecting the food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For safety, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be sealed to the installation surface or raised with the included 4" legs. The standard units come with tempered glass side panels, a thermostatically controlled heated base, infrared upper heating elements, incandescent lights, product divider rods, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
There are various options available at the time of purchase, including different designer colors and inset panel colors. Other options include a 5" sneeze guard, plexi-glass flip-up doors, indicating temperature control with LED, dark gray corner caps, halogen bulb instead of standard display light, and front glass instead of channel dividers and divider rods.
Accessories for the warmer include stainless steel rods and a flip-up control cover.
