The Hatco Remote Drop-In Frost Top is a 57"L unit that can accommodate three full-size sheet pans. It features auto defrost and electronic adjustable temperature control. The temperature control can be mounted to either side of the condensing unit or remotely up to 4' from the unit. It has a 1" NPT drain and remote refrigeration and control panel. The product is cULus certified and made in the USA. The Drop-In Frost Top is designed to keep pre-chilled beverages, snacks, hors d'oeuvres, and side dishes cool and ready to serve. It is available in a Slim Line Series, which provides wider access to customers, regardless of the sneeze guards. It can accommodate full-size and half-size sheet pans and matches the Hatco line of Heated Wells for an integrated look. The unit features auto-defrost and utilizes R-404A refrigerant to keep food products cold without drying them out. There are two models available: FTBR and FTBX. The FTBR models include a condensing unit and a control panel, which can be installed in more convenient or desirable locations. The condensing unit can be field-mounted up to 50 feet away from the unit. The FTBX models include a control panel but do not come with a condensing unit, providing increased flexibility for multiple Frost Top configurations. Additional options include an additional four-year parts-only warranty on the compressor (FTBR only) and accessories such as half-size and full-size pans.
