The Hatco Drop-In Frost Top is a 21-1/16"L refrigeration unit that can accommodate one full-size sheet pan. It features a lighted on/off rocker switch and an electronic adjustable temperature control that can be mounted to either side of the condensing unit or remotely up to 4' from the unit. This self-contained refrigeration unit is cULus certified and made in the USA. Some standard features of the Drop-In Frost Top include a 1" NPT brass drain (excluding FTB-1), the ability to accommodate full-size and half-size sheet pans, and the ability to match with Hatco's line of Heated Wells for a cohesive look. The unit also has a long, flexible refrigerant line for easy servicing and is available in various configurations, including 1-, 2-, and 3-pan models, as well as slim configurations. The condensing unit of the Frost Top is mounted in the center and can rotate 180 degrees in some models. Auto-defrost is activated through an advanced electronic controller, and the cold wall construction is NSF 7 approved, using R-404A refrigerant to keep food products cold without drying them out. The mobile condensing unit can be moved in increments of 3" or 6.5" depending on the model. Options available at the time of purchase include an additional four-year parts only warranty on the compressor (not available for export voltages).
