The Flav-R-Savor® Humidified Holding Cabinet is a stainless steel construction cabinet with two Lexan® doors and a pass-thru design. It features 12 pairs of universal slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet is equipped with 5" swivel casters, two of which have wheel locks. It is NSF and cULus certified and made in the USA. The cabinet is thermostatically-controlled to maintain uniform temperatures and an ideal environment for hot food items. It is fully insulated to retain heat and has a digital temperature control with a range of 80°F to 200°F. The lower temperatures are suitable for proofing. The FSHC-17W model has a capacity of 17 sheet pans or 34 steam table pans, while the FSHC-12W model can accommodate 12 sheet pans or 24 steam table pans. Both models have adjustable pan slides on 3" centers. Optional features include upper cord location, full perimeter bumper, cord wind (for transport package only), stainless steel doors or Dutch doors (in lieu of Lexan® doors), deluxe package (with flush mount handles and full perimeter bumper), and transport package (with stand-off handles, heavy-duty casters, and flush mount transport latch). Accessories available for the cabinet include food pans and extra pan slides.
