The Flav-R-Savor® holding and display cabinet is a quick ship model that features a single door and a four-tier circle rack with a motor. It has a 6 ft cord and plug and operates at 1440w, 120v/60/1. This cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and it meets ANSI/NSF 4 standards. It is proudly made in the USA.
The Flav-R-Savor® cabinet offers a unique concept in food holding and display. It uses a precise combination of heat and humidity to increase sales and profits by reducing waste, maintaining quality, and presenting food with an appealing design. It is suitable for use in cafeterias, convenience stores, schools, restaurants, and supermarkets. This cabinet is perfect for merchandising hot food items such as pizza, fried foods, bakery items, and more.
The cabinet features a quick recovery heating system and provides extremely even temperatures throughout, eliminating "hot spots" and ensuring consistent product quality and long hold times of 1 to 4 hours. It also has fluorescent lights to showcase the food product.
The large access doors are field reversible and can accommodate a 19" diameter pizza pan. The cabinet has low-water protection to prevent heating element burnout and alert the operator to a low water condition. The tempered glass door and side panels provide maximum heat retention and allow for a full display of the cabinet's contents.
The cabinet operates on 120-volt power with an attached 15-amp cord set, making it compatible with standard outlets. It draws a maximum of 12 amps. It also features a ¾ gallon stainless water reservoir that provides all-day moisture. The reservoir is easily filled through the front-mounted water cup and drained and cleaned through the inside-mounted drain tube.
Optional features available at the time of purchase include designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Mechanical controls and a 7 ½" display sign holder (one per side, three max) are also available as options.
Accessories for the cabinet include 4" adjustable legs, motorless rack coupling (for -X models only), and various racks for FSD and FSDT models. There are also decorative kits available, including inset side panels in wave or crescent designs, a curved header (hinged or non-hinged), and base skirts in different styles.
