The cabinet is equipped with fluorescent lights to showcase the food products. It has large access doors that are field reversible and can accept a 19" diameter pizza pan.
The low-water protection feature prevents heating element burnout and alerts the operator to a low water condition. The tempered glass door and side panels provide maximum heat retention and allow for a full display of the cabinet's contents.
The cabinet operates on 120-volt power with an attached 15-amp cord set, making it compatible with standard outlets. It draws a maximum of 12 amps.
It has a ¾ gallon stainless water reservoir that provides moisture throughout the day. The reservoir is easily filled through the front-mounted water cup and can be drained and cleaned through the inside-mounted drain tube.
