The Food Rethermalizer/Bain Marie Heater is an electric appliance with a stainless steel front, silver gray hammertone body, and black base. The Hatco FR is specifically designed to be used with a Bain-Marie or food reconstitutor. It is used to heat or hold foods at safe temperatures ranging from 140°F to 190°F (60°-88°C). The FR mounts easily to the underside of a holding vessel, allowing the entire vessel area to remain free. It ensures even heat distribution by continuously circulating water to avoid any "cool" spots. This unit controls water temperature within the range of 140°F (60°C) to 190°F (88°C). It comes pre-assembled and pre-wired, making installation hassle-free. The FR includes standard 2" (51 mm) plated brass plumbing fittings for mounting into a holding tank. A full-size template is provided to assist with proper fitting hole placement. The Hatco FR is built to last with its stainless steel tank, which comes with a five-year limited warranty. It features separate sump and heating compartment drains for easy cleaning and sanitizing. An optional low-water cut-off is available to prevent element burn-out in case of low water levels. Additionally, every Hatco FR is equipped with an ECO (Energy Cut-Off) that breaks the power to the elements if the water temperature exceeds the normal thermostat setting. Optional features include a security package, low-water cut-off, wiring to CSA specifications, and a stainless steel body and base. The FR-3 model also offers a 4' (1219 mm) cord with plug (NEMA 6-20P) and receptacle (NEMA 6-20R), while the FR-4 model offers a 4' (1219 mm) cord with plug (NEMA 6-30P) and receptacle (NEMA 6-30R).
