The Hatco FR Food Rethermalizer/Bain Marie Heater is a high-quality electric heater designed to heat or hold foods at safe temperatures between 140°F and 190°F (60°C-88°C). It features a stainless steel front, silver gray hammertone body, and black base for durability and a sleek appearance. The FR mounts easily to the underside of a holding vessel, leaving the entire vessel area free. It controls water temperature from 140°F to 190°F and includes standard 2" plated brass plumbing fittings for easy installation. The FR models feature a stainless steel tank with a five-year limited warranty and separate sump and heating compartment drains for easy cleaning and sanitizing. It also has an optional low-water cut-off to prevent element burn-out and an ECO (Energy Cut-Off) for built-in protection. Optional features include a security package, wiring to CSA specifications, stainless steel body and base, and different cord and plug options. Accessories such as a flush hose kit are also available. It is important to note that while the Hatco FR unit is listed with NSF for construction, it is the responsibility of the vessel manufacturer to have the entire rethermalizing appliance tested and listed in accordance with NSF Standard 4. Simply attaching the NSF listed FR unit to the appliance does not transfer NSF listing to the entire appliance.
