The Quick Ship Model Food Warmer/Cooker is an electric countertop appliance with a capacity of (1) 1/1 pan. It can be used for both wet and dry operation and has thermostatic controls for adjustable temperature. The food warmer/cooker is made of stainless steel construction and has a power of 1440 watts. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is CE, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This product is proudly made in the USA. Some standard features of this food warmer/cooker include a pan edge offset to prevent condensation from dripping onto the countertop surface, separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and adjustable temperature dial controls, and a 1 mm thick stainless steel pan with a stainless steel housing (aluminized steel bottom). While it can be used dry, it performs best when used with water. The dry indicator lamp informs the user when water needs to be added. Accessories available for this food warmer/cooker include pan support bars in 12" and 20" sizes, rectangular stainless steel food pans in various heights for full-size, half-size, and third-size pans, and adapters for the HW-FUL and CHW-FUL models to hold different sized inserts. There are also adapters available for the HW-43 and CHW-43 models to hold larger 11-Quart inserts.
