The countertop design of the Atmospheric Hot Water Dispenser allows for easy placement and requires minimal counter space. With a 12-gallon capacity, it can provide up to 8 gallons of continuous hot water for food preparation or cleaning. The dispenser features an automatic fill system and pushbutton portion control for convenience. It also has a low water cut-off feature and electronic temperature control with a digital display. The stainless steel tank and base ensure durability and the dispenser is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. It is proudly made in the USA. Standard features of the dispenser include a removable shelf for dispensing water into larger containers, a bottom drain for easy emptying of the 12-gallon stainless steel tank, and an adjustable setpoint temperature ranging from 75°F to 195°F. The dispenser is equipped with an electronic temperature controller, a power On/Off switch, and a stainless steel shelf. It also comes with a Warm Red and White Granite powder coated body, 4" legs, and a 6' cord and plug. The dispenser is designed to quickly deliver 2, 3, or 4 quarts of hot water with the touch of a button. It also has a manual dispense button for additional water volume options. Optional accessories available at the time of purchase include a Wall Mount Bracket and a NEMA L6-30P Locking Cap in lieu of the NEMA 6-30P. Additional accessories for the dispenser include a 3' rubber drain hose with 10' ¼" inlet tubing and a Water Filtration Cartridge for premium quality water. It is recommended to change the filter every 15,000 gallons, and the incoming water must be 100°F or less.
