The Intek® Convection Steamer is a boilerless and connectionless electric countertop steamer. It has a capacity of (6) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans and features an external heating element. The steamer operates with a 60-minute timer and has a fan in the cooking chamber. It does not require a water or drain line and has a 3-gallon reservoir. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. The steamer operates on 480v/60/3 power with 14.6 amps and 12.0kW. It is certified by cUL, UL, and NSF and is ENERGY STAR® rated. The steamer is designed and manufactured in the USA.
