This is a direct steam kettle with a 6 quart capacity and a 2/3 jacket. It has a 304 stainless steel liner and a hand tilt feature. The kettle is made of stainless steel construction with a mirrored exterior. It has a reinforced rim and faucet bracket. The kettle operates at a maximum working pressure of 55 PSI and is ASME shop inspected and registered. It is designed to meet NSF requirements and is NSF listed. The kettle can operate at any steam pressure between 5 and 55 PSI. It has a pouring height that allows it to be emptied into an 8" high pan on a flat table. The kettle can be tilted by one person, even when filled to capacity. It has a full bottom hemisphere steam jacket for rapid product heating. The kettle is mounted on sturdy tubular stainless steel arms and has a rotary joint for steam supply and condensate removal. It can be table or back bar mounted for display cooking. The minimum table space required is 14" for 3-10 quart models and 16" for 20 quart models. Installation requires a steam trap assembly, 3/8" IPS steam inlet, condensate outlet, safety valve, and remote steam source. Optional accessories include a lift off cover, basket insert, steam regulator, and 316 stainless steel interior. The kettle can be used with a cabinet base or T5C tables with kettles. It is designed and manufactured in the United States.
