This countertop electric kettle has a table top design and a 20 quart capacity. It features a 2/3 jacket and IPX6 water rated electronic Cook2Temp™ controls with a core probe. The kettle has both auto and manual cook settings. It is constructed with a 304 stainless steel liner and has a hand tilt feature. The faucet bracket is included and mounted on the right side. The kettle is made of stainless steel and is cULus and NSF certified. It is also proudly made in the USA. The construction of the kettle is made of 304 stainless steel with a one-piece welded construction. All exposed surfaces are stainless steel. The controls are contained in a water resistant IPX6-rated enclosure. The kettle has a heavy reinforced rim with a welded-in butterfly shaped pouring lip for maximum sanitation and durability. It has right and left hand tilt handle mounts and a standard faucet bracket mounted on the rear of the controls/trunnion enclosure. The interior of the kettle is polished to a 180 emery grit finish, while the exterior is finished to a bright high buff finish for easy cleaning and a brilliant appearance. The kettle is ASME shop inspected, stamped, and registered with the National Board for operation up to a maximum working pressure of 50 PSI. It is also UL listed. The unit is designed and constructed to meet NSF and known health department and sanitation codes. It is NSF listed. The kettle has an electrically heated self-contained steam source that provides temperatures of 150°F to approximately 295°F. The input power varies depending on the model. The unit is factory charged with water and rust inhibitors for long life and minimum maintenance. The controls are located in a right-side water resistant (IPX6 rated) trunnion enclosure. The Classic -C Models include a power ON-OFF switch with indicator light, temperature control knob, HEAT(ing) indicator light, and LOW WATER warning light. The Advanced -A Models have the same control features as the Classic models with the addition of a temperature and time set knob, LED display, buttons for reset of Low Temp and High Temp presets, MANUAL mode button, and TIMER-set button.
