This is a 40-gallon Direct Steam Kettle with a full jacket and a 316 stainless steel interior liner. It has a 2" TDO and a 1/4" perforated strainer. The kettle has a tri-leg open base made of 304 stainless steel exterior with flanged feet. It also comes with a hinged cover and can withstand pressure up to 25 PSI.
