This electric commercial tilting kettle has a low height and a 40-gallon capacity. It features IPX6 water rated electronic advanced controls with a digital display. The kettle also has a 1 minute to 10 hour timer and low (2) and high (7) preset intensities with manual capability. It has a crank tilt and a 2/3 jacket, with a 316 stainless steel liner.
